Classical Ballet

 

Tuesday @ 7.00pm to 8.00pm

Classical Ballet is a beautiful, graceful form of dance that enhances strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Our adult ballet classes are tailored to suit all abilities, from complete beginners to seasoned dancers. In each session, you'll learn the foundations of ballet technique, focusing on posture, balance, and coordination, all while enjoying the elegance of this timeless art form. Ballet improves posture, strengthens core muscles, and increases flexibility, making it an excellent full-body workout.

Jazz Dance

 

Mondays @ 7.45pm to 8.45pm

Our jazz classes are designed to be accessible and enjoyable, focusing on building confidence through dynamic combinations, jazz technique, and musicality. Whether you're looking to work on your flexibility, strength, or simply enjoy the rhythm, our jazz classes offer an exciting way to stay fit while having fun.
